Congressional Quarterly is currently trying to figure out what Internet Haganah is. I gave them my best shot at an honest, complete, and direct answer, but I'm not sure they quite get it. For the rest of you:
"Internet Haganah is based in the United States. It is an ongoing demonstration of the use of information as a weapon in the global conflict against Islamic extremist movements. The site has a readership of roughly 30,000/month, with a core of regular readers who number about 1,000. Most of those readers are engaged in combating al-Qaida and related groups, though journalists and al-Qaida activists are both well represented."How's that? Posted on 27 October 2009 @ 13:23
