Dayton is currently overseeing the development of Palestinian (i.e. Fatah) security forces in the West Bank. A 2004 hit piece from Counterpunch has been resurrected and is being circulated with companion text in Arabic on forums affiliated with both Hamas (e.g. al-Moltaqa) and al-Qaida (e.g. as-Ansar).
I think it safe to assume that Hamas would like to kill Dayton and lay the blame on al-Qaida, a task perhaps made easier by the fact that al-Qaida has a relatively substantial number of supporters in the West Bank.Posted on 03 September 2009 @ 14:34
